What Am I Trying To Learn?

Currently I'm trying to learn html and python, I learn python to work on my visual novel itself.

Yeah pretty stupid especially I'm a beginner at coding, that's not the only reason I started coding. I wanted to learn how renpy works and I figured out so much cool stuff, even I made a rice for my SwayWM environment to train myself further, reading documentation, lots and lots of figuring out. It was the fun part, maybe arch isn't supposed to be my level of skills but I really like learning new stuff.

The most relieving part self learning? Probably taking as much break as I wanted too, I really don't like getting pushed so much like how my school pushed me, too much assignment, too much test. Maybe that supposedly 'trained' me even further but I like to take things slow, I can't push my limit that much otherwise I'd get too stressed.

REBELLIOUS

A Furry Visual Novel I'm working on

A Horror Visual Novel I'm working on, it's about a college student who got cursed by his own parent. His own parent accidentally cursed him thinking it was for his own good but in reality? It's quite the opposite.

The year potrayed in this game is 2015~ I'd considered it an Religious Horror genre since it also involves Religous Themed Story. For now the game hasn't came out as DEMO yet due to the story still quite really short especially if you're a fast reader. Currently, I have planned two routes already but I mainly focused on one route for the second route? I could work on it later and finish the little piece for this first route as DEMO to publish it in Itch io

I took most of the scene using my photograph, and animated the 3D stuff with my phone (Yes! Seriously.) so It would be a little difficult for me to focus working on all of the asset. This is just a little silly project of mine, I really want to make Visual Novel cause I was inspired by a lot of good FVN (Furry Visual Novel).

"How's the novel progress so far?"

So far so great, I've optimized the code separately so it might run a little smoother, already added another character. I'll say it's about 40%~ progress, I hadn't worked on the art for the character/scene (Ugh I hate drawing!) but I'm still trying to make a sketch for the scene itself, I already had a lot of the scene in my mind and I just needed to extract my thoughts to the drawing.

For the music itself, I used free copyrights music and I'll credit the artist in the credit page of renpy. Don't worry I cherry picked the music just so it fits the atmosphere and 'less cheap', I mean the quality of the music doesn't really define the whole story so.. It will be great, and I'm really excited to show this novel of mine to the world

The whole Storyline? Already noted and saved in a safe place just in case I forgot. The whole "summaries" page of the ending is quite long, so I'm assuming when I wrote it down as a storyline it would be a lot longer than the summary page I saved. IIRC It's two pages long for one ending. ONE. ENDING. I do not know how I wrote all of those summary that much, although I hadn't write the ending for the second route so that kinda sucks.
